Booking ahead and using railcards (such as the Network Railcard if travelling from London) can make the journey more affordable at off-peak times.

Where to park…

We’d suggest arriving by public transport if possible.
It can be tricky and pricey to park in the city.

However, if you are bringing a car then a map of car parks

the Ts & Cs

Unlike 1-2-1 coaching sessions, retreats cannot be moved as there will be a lot of planning and logistics set up in advance, such as food bookings, yoga bookings, room hire and more.

No refunds are available on retreat places.

It is possible to transfer your retreat place to a friend or relative of yours, if you are unable to make it for any reason. Please agree this with your friend or relative in advance and ensure that Helen has the opportunity to speak to them via phone or video call a few days before the retreat. Helen reserves the right to refuse someone a place on the retreat if there is, for example, a conflict of interest or reasons of safety or wellbeing. This is unlikely and will be discussed in confidence on a case-by-case basis.

In all cases, whatever kind of coaching you are accessing, you are responsible for your own behaviour, choices, wellbeing and belongings. Helen takes no responsibility for your actions, and encourages self-responsibility in all cases. If you do not feel that you are able to take responsibility for your own actions, behaviour and belongings during a coaching session, please do not book a coaching session or workshop.
