Welcome! There are a couple of admin bits and bobs we need to do to get you started.

Step 1:

Secure Your Place

Book your place by clicking the link HERE.
Next, have a read of the attached terms and conditions and email Kate on kate@coachingbyhelen.com to say you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Please do this by our start date of Tues Jan 7th ‘25.

Step 2:

Choose Your Payment Plan:

Set up your monthly payment plan HERE.
We use GoCardless. Do speak to us if there’s another option you prefer and we’ll aim to accommodate you if we can. If you prefer to pay in full, drop us a line and we’ll send you an invoice and payment link.

The investment is £360 a year paid either by a monthly payment plan of £30 x 12 months (no interest) or there is the option to pay in full. Your £360 covers you for the duration of our 11-part programme. There are no refunds if you choose not to complete the course you’ve started. If you choose not to attend all the sessions, payment in full is still required. If for any reason you are not happy then do speak to us and we’ll work together to resolve things. If you need to postpone and move to a different cohort then that can sometimes be arranged.


Step 3:

We’d like to send you a gift:

If you would like a little journal to record your progress in, send us your postal address and we'll get that mailed out to you as a small welcome gift.

Please also think about your writing project and be ready to share your intentions for the year-long programme with the group – you can of course use the chat function in the group if you don't feel like speaking on the night. Or do feel free to email us if you prefer.

 


FAQs:

  • Are the live Q & As recorded?

    We record the expert interviews on request for group members only, but we do not record the group discussions, this is so that you can speak freely about your book ideas and any challenges you may be facing.

  • If I miss a session can I get a refund?

    No, we invest your monthly payments into speaker fees and running this unique coaching programme so we’re unable to refund you if you miss a session. As a group member you will receive email and (optional) WhatsApp updates through the coaching programme in addition to the live sessions to help you stay on track.
